Pulled Pork
3 to 4 pound pork roast or pork loin
onion
Sauce:
2 C brown sugar
1/2 C soy sauce
1/2 C catsup
1/4 C honey
2 T vinegar
1 t minced garlic or 3 cloves
1/4 t ginger
1 t salt
Slice onions and place on bottom of crockpot. Add roast. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over roast. Cook 2-3 hours on high, and then 4 hours on low. Shred pork and leave in pot for last hour of cooking. We loved it. It makes quite a bit. If making burritos, warm tortillas and add pork, Mexican rice, black beans, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce. We had it with rice.

Mmm...that sounds sooo good! I think I'm going to have to use my crockpot every night because if I turn the stove/oven on, I ROAST! I think we'll try that for our Sunday dinner with our friends, thanks for posting the recipe!!
