New Porch FINALLY done!!
Finally after a year we got our new porch done. It was framed, but it did not have the siding on it!! We love it and wanted you all to see it!! Pretty exciting.....love you all and hope this is a good week for you.
Mary Kay! what a surprise to find your comment on my blog! Dacia told me to check my comment box, I have to admit, I have had a few other things on my mind lately, spending most of my time in Bountiful and Primary Childrens, it seems. It sure is good to hear from you, and see the cute pictures of your new grandchild and your cute girls. When I am in Bountiful, I keep running into former wardmembers and it is always a delight to stop and chat for a while. I miss you all lots. Living in a ward for over 10 years will do that. People are very nice here and I am starting to get to know them, but without kids at home, it is a much slower process. Having 8 little families to watch over is rather time and emotion consuming as well, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Now that they are all married, the real fun and stress begins. Just visiting them all takes a while, since one of them is in Atlanta, one in Moscow, ID and Emily in Vegas...but if we time it just right, we don't have to spend too much of the cold and windy winters here in IF.
