Acts of Kindness

Well, for anyone out there who thinks I am not being well taken care of, let me just tell you a thing or two about that. My sweet daughter and adorable grandkids picked me up and chauffeured me to my hair cut appointment. I had a GLORIOUS hair wash and hair cut. My darling visiting teachers were here when I got back. They brought me the softest blanket EVER and a stash of Diet Coke and Big Hunks and Chocolate. Someone also shared an amazing thought with me that I just had to pass along. It is by CS Lewis, and it goes like this,"I pray because I can't help myself. I pray because I'm helpless. I pray because the need flows out of me all the time, waking and sleeping. It doesn't change God; it changes me." Thanks, Kathy. Thanks everyone. I don't know so much who reads these posts, but I know they help me focus on being positive, and I am so grateful for that.
